What to Include

  • Bug reports — the tool you were using, the data (or a sample) that triggered the issue, your browser and OS, and what you expected vs. what happened.
  • Feature requests — what you are trying to accomplish and which chart type it relates to.
  • Content feedback — corrections or suggestions for our tutorials and glossary entries are always welcome.
  • Privacy questions — anything about data handling, cookies, or advertising; see also our Privacy Policy.

Please Note

Because the chart tools run entirely in your browser, we never see the data you paste — so if you are reporting a calculation issue, please include the dataset (or a reproducible sample) in your email. Do not send personal, confidential, or sensitive datasets; a small anonymized example is enough.
