2. The Service

aiboxplot provides free, browser-based statistical charting tools and educational content. The tools compute and render charts locally on your device. An optional AI analysis feature is provided as-is for informational and educational purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to process data you have no right to use.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the site or its AI endpoint, including by automated scraping or excessive requests.
  • Misrepresent results generated by the tools in a deceptive manner.
  • Interfere with the advertising that keeps the site free, including by automated clicking or impression fraud.

4. No Professional Advice

The charts, statistics, AI-generated interpretations, and educational articles on this site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional statistical, scientific, medical, financial, or legal advice. Always verify results that matter — for example, in academic, clinical, or commercial decision-making — with a qualified professional and an independent method.

5. Intellectual Property

The site, its design, text, and original content are the property of aiboxplot. Charts and exports you generate from your own data belong to you and may be used freely, including in publications, assignments, and commercial work.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. While our computation methods follow published statistical conventions (documented on each tool page), we do not guarantee error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiboxplot and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost data, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on the site — arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Third-Party Services

The site uses third-party services, including Google AdSense for advertising and a third-party AI provider for the optional chat feature. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
